We offer a variety of money saving options for our customers. Everyone is tired of paying high prices for original brand ink and toner, so most people are looking for high quality, money saving alternatives. You can find many alternative options from our website, and they all have pros and cons, so we thought of writing this short article to help you make the best decision for YOUR needs.
You have a number of options from us when it comes to replacing your inkjet or laser toner cartridge in your printer, including 1 or more of the following options:
1. ORIGINAL BRAND (also referred to as OEM, this is the genuine original cartridge by the same manufacturer that made your printer, such as HP, Epson, Canon or others)
2. VALUE-LINE REMANUFACTURED OR COMPATIBLE cartridge (made by a different factory than the original brand, but guaranteed to work in your printer. These typically will save you around 50-60%, come with a 1 year guarantee, and have a success rate of around 96-98%)
3. PREMIUM MADE IN THE USA REMANUFACTURED cartridges. Made 100% in the USA, these typically will save you around 40-50^, come with a 2 year guarantee, and have a success rate of around 98% or higher)
4. REFILL KITS. Engineered to help you refill your own cartridge, these will typically save you 70-80%, and are a good option for handy users or long time refillers. Some cartridges are easier to refill than others, some have higher quality / success rate than others. This option is not for everyone, and it is important to know that the quality of a refilled cartridge is only as good as the cartridge quality was before you refilled it. Compared to our professionally remanufactured cartridges (in our VALUE LINE or PREMIUM LINE), refill kits are only allowing you to add ink or toner to the cartridge, but our professional remanufactured cartridges also have worn out parts changed or repaired, so they will undoubtedly perform at a much higher quality. The quality expectations for a cartridge refilled by an end user with a refill kit will be around 90% quality.
Here is a comparison of these options in a short table form to help you make the best decision (omitted from below are the original cartridges, to which the following 3 options are being compared to):
